These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bno88 ("Company", "we", "us") and any person registered on or using the Platform ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing the Platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the relevant judicial authority may be approached.

These Terms are written in Bengali. Even if a translation into another language is provided, the original Bengali version shall be considered final and legally binding.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account on the bno88 platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is a violation of these Terms. If any information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.

  • Name, address, and contact details must be accurate.
  • Payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account) must be registered in your name.
  • Third-party payment methods may not be used.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately. Sharing your account details with others or accessing another person's account is strictly prohibited.

To open an account and use any service on bno88, you must be at least 21 years of age. You must confirm your age at the time of registration. We may request a national ID or proof of age at any time.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected on an account, we may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other identity documents. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

Before using our platform, you must confirm that participating in online gaming activities is legally permitted in your country or region. Users who access the platform from restricted areas are solely responsible for any consequences.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement: 25x the bonus amount. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

The bno88 welcome bonus applies to first-time depositors. Detailed bonus terms:

  • 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
  • Wagering requirement: 25x the bonus amount (applied to the bonus only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus).
  • Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
  • Each user may receive this bonus only once.
  • Withdrawals are not allowed while a bonus is active.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 General Rules for Promotional Bonuses

All promotional offers are governed by these Terms, and each promotion may have its own separate conditions. General rules:

  • Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
  • bno88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier: Bronze — 0.5%, Silver — 1.0%, Gold — 1.5%.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Result Disputes

If a match or game is cancelled for any reason, or if a game is not completed correctly due to a technical error, the relevant stake will be refunded to the user's account. If there is a dispute regarding a result, the support team must be contacted within 72 hours.

If any result or payment is incorrectly displayed or made due to a technical error, bno88 reserves the right to correct that error. Funds resulting from such errors may be deducted from your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Opening an account with false or misleading information.
  • Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
  • Collusion or match fixing.
  • Use of bots or automated software.
  • Hacking an account or attempting unauthorised access.
  • Money laundering or activities related to illegal financing.
  • Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment method.

7.2 Technical Abuse

Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform is strictly prohibited. If such abuse is detected, the relevant winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.
